AXI & Anchr take a new strategic step to realise growth ambitions
In recent years, Anchr & AXI have grown significantly. We mainly achieve this through organic growth. Since the entry of investor Strada Partners, the organisation has made several important acquisitions, including Tilroy, InterIT, and ITP Group. The new streamlined group structure is a logical next step in meeting our growth ambitions.

Anchr and AXI Digital

Reorganisation

Today, AXI is taking another significant step. AXI is reorganising its internal structure into two separate entities: Anchr develops and manages software solutions and services for retail, government, healthcare, service, and industry, accounting for around 40% of revenue in Belgium and the Netherlands. AXI Digital guides organisations in the Benelux through their digital transformation by offering a broad portfolio of IT infrastructure solutions and managed services within the domains of cloud, storage, networking, connectivity, security, and digital workplace.

Both entities will enable the organisation to respond even better to new technologies and perfectly support customers, including De Bijenkorf, Colruyt, Intergamma (Gamma & Karwei), PLUS Retail, Hans Anders, Raad van State (NL), FOD Justitie, Umicore, Renewi, ZNA, and Baloise, in their digital transformation thanks to innovative solutions and services.

Paul Peeters, current CEO of AXI Digital: ‘AXI continues to evolve to meet current digital challenges and provide our customers with the best possible support. Thanks to our strong partnerships with market leaders including Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, HP, HPE, Posit, Aruba, Lenovo, Dell, and Proximus, we are able to continuously improve our solutions and services and quickly respond to changes.’, he concludes.
