Meat&More is a leading food production and retail company with around 1500 enthusiastic employees. They are particularly known for our unique butcher formula 'Buurtslagers' and our versatile meal shop 'BonAp'. As a truly proud family business, we currently have about 200 locations spread across Flanders.

My name is Margaux. I am a legal administrative employee at Meat&More. I am mainly responsible for managing the lease contracts of all our locations, as well as other legal tasks such as providing advice and screening and managing our contracts in Contractify.

What problems did you have before using Contractify, and what were the consequences?

Before we used Contractify, responsibilities and contracts were spread across different locations. Documents and attachments often got lost in mailboxes or during task handovers, making it difficult to maintain an overview. Even after signing, contracts often ended up on a server or in Excel files, which took a lot of time and led to unintended extensions and missed opportunities.

What convinced you to choose Contractify?

The centralised management of all documents and agreements was the decisive factor for us. By having everything in one place, we reduce the risk of losing anything. Additionally, the automatic notifications are a huge plus. This allows us to proactively respond when a contract is about to expire or the termination date is approaching.

What is the effect of Contractify on your business and working method?

Contractify saves us more than half of the time we normally spent on legal contract management, which also significantly reduces costs. Legal can now more easily delegate tasks to other departments without losing overview. Documents are no longer lost so quickly, and contracts are monitored much more actively, which prevents unwanted costs.

Which feature in Contractify do you find most valuable?

For me, the automatic notifications are the key feature. This way, we no longer miss silent extensions or expiration dates. The reporting capabilities are also crucial, as they provide quick insights into large amounts of contract information, something that is not easily possible in tools like Google Drive or Excel.

Are you satisfied with the use of Contractify?

Definitely, we have significantly strengthened our legal structure thanks to Contractify. My work has become much easier; everything is centralised and risks and costs have been reduced. Moreover, the software is very user-friendly. Uploading documents is smooth, and relevant information can be found within seconds. I no longer need to manually search in Excel for important details or look for a contract on the server. Additionally, I am also very satisfied with the service and the quick responses from Contractify.

What feature would you like to see in the future?

At this moment, Contractify offers all the features we need for our operations. I don't have a specific feature in mind for the future.
