At Anchr, we place great value on good customer relationships. As our annual tradition, we organized a fantastic day for all the customers using our Retail Cloud Suite. It was an inspiring day filled with insights shared and a look ahead to the future.

On the agenda

As is customary, we once again organised a wonderful day for our customers using the Retail Cloud Suite! We enjoyed an inspiring and relaxing day at Chi Chi in Utrecht. Insights and outlooks were shared.

Our roadmap for the coming year, presented by Yannick Staels, Product Manager at Anchr, was enthusiastically received. He talked about the latest new features that we recently implemented and listened to the needs of our customers. Additionally, he shared our future plans to focus more on composable commerce.

Adyen, a pioneer in the market when it comes to payment solutions, spoke about the latest developments of their product and how their solution fits into retail technology. For instance, Boris Lindgren, Partnership Manager at Adyen, mentioned the various partners they have recently joined. Did you know that now even Chinese visitors in Belgium or the Netherlands can pay with their own bank without any intermediary step being taken?

Our latest acquisition, Contractify, also took the stage to tell their story. Steven Debrauwere, co-founder of Contractify, and Arne Gyssels, Partnership & Project Manager, explained how their contract management solution seamlessly aligns with the goal of every attendee: to help organizations work more efficiently.

After this 'heavy material', it was time for relaxation and we could all have a swing on Chi Chi's virtual golf course. 'A real game changer', says Mike Snepvangers, Commercial Director at Anchr. “Golfing at Chi Chi offers an extra dimension; it's ideal for practising for the real thing. From a driving range, you can hit balls into a large field that is tracked with extreme accuracy by an advanced radar system. Everything is recorded and analysed and you can follow it in real-time on the screen in front of you.”

We ended the day with a relaxed round of golf on the Chi Chi course. It was a great experience for both beginners and advanced players, and it's highly recommended for a fun outing!
