  • What does a typical workday look like? 

"What does a typical workday look like for you at Anchr?  "I always start by turning on my computer and the phone system, and then I make sure our reception area looks immaculate. My workdays at Anchr are very varied: I ensure a professional welcome for guests and answer incoming calls, I manage office supplies and am responsible for the facility management of our office in Breda. Every day, I receive new questions from guests or colleagues. I love to help and advise them. Whether it’s placing orders, following up on ongoing matters, coordinating repairs… I do it daily with pleasure!"

  • How do you prefer to collaborate?

"Collaboration is essential in my role. I regularly liaise with the office management of our other locations in Willebroek or Ghent and our marketing department. Depending on the task or project, I could also be in contact with other parties, such as our property owner, technical staff, … Internal alignment and good coordination with externals are crucial in my job. A good example of this is our recent project for the installation of new advertising boards at our office in Breda, where collaboration and detailed planning were central due to permits, colour samples, scheduling, and so on."

As a point of contact for guests and colleagues, no day is the same. That makes my job so enjoyable and varied!

  • How do you deal with challenges? 

"I am always proactive in seeking information and support. ‘Asking is knowing, I always say.’ Even though I have been responsible for office management for two years, I do not hesitate to ask my colleagues for help or advice. By asking questions and actively learning, I can effectively tackle any problem and continue to grow in my role." 

  • What brings you joy in your work at Anchr? 

"Nothing gives me more satisfaction than making my colleagues happy and contributing to a positive atmosphere in the office. Whether it's arranging something small or completing a large project, I want to ensure that things are picked up and that they are done really well. No half measures for me! 

  • What opportunities do you see? 

"At Anchr, there are many growth opportunities. We are in full development and every day offers chances to strengthen ourselves further. Personally, each day is an opportunity to learn, improve and make a difference, which is hugely motivating." 

  • What is your best Anchr moment? 

"The annual company event is always a highlight for me. It is lovely to spend time with colleagues I don't see every day, in a relaxed setting. The moment we unveiled the new name letters on the outside of the office in Breda was also a beautiful moment. Through a rebranding, we changed from AXI to Anchr and a new sign for the office was essential. Proud of a good collaboration and the result." 

  • Why did you choose Anchr and why is it an interesting workplace?

"I ended up at Anchr during my search for a flexible job that could be combined with my new role as a mother. What started as a practical choice has grown into a beautiful career where I can utilise my skills.” 

"Anchr offers a work environment where no day is the same. The variety in my tasks and the wonderful colleagues make every day challenging and enriching. I appreciate the opportunity to continuously learn and grow within a company that places a high value on innovation and personal development."
