Meet the Anchr Ambassadors - Kim Mertens

Kim has been working at Anchr for 11 years now.

He started as a developer and progressed to architect, and is now leading a full team.

 "My career at AXI back then, started during my internship." So says Kim. The internship project was done by two of us, and both Bart and I are still here. We are certainly not the only ones. Many people continue to work here after their internship." 

 Kim has fond memories of his internship period at AXI:  "Everyone in the company was immediately very open and you could actually go to anyone. After our final presentation at school, we were called in separately and were informed by the organisation that we could expect a proposal. The team from Anchr, including my current manager, even came to our graduation ceremony. That immediately made our connection personal."
