Belgian AI legaltech player Legile joins Anchr

With OneView, Legile has developed an AI-native platform that helps legal teams to analyse contracts faster, monitor compliance risks and make legal knowledge accessible within organisations. Its approach combines tech-enabled efficiency with human-in-the-loop expertise. Today, the company already supports more than fifty customers, including growing companies and organisations in highly regulated sectors.

Joining Anchr brings Legile together with Contractify, the contract management platform that helps organisations to centrally manage contracts, sign them digitally, and automatically track contractual obligations.

Together, Legile and Contractify, are taking an important step towards an integrated offering for the entire legal value chain: from drafting, contract analysis and legal validation to contract management, compliance, and reporting.

Legile was founded in 2020 by Vincent Schoeters and Christophe Vervoort. The company is supported by VLAIO and was nominated for the Deloitte Technology Fast 50. The acquisition aligns with Anchr's strategy to bring together specialised software companies with strong entrepreneurs around clear areas of expertise, while maintaining their autonomy. 

At the same time, Anchr promotes collaboration and knowledge sharing across the group, enabling companies to strengthen each other without losing their own identity.
