We are proud! Recently, we received the results of the annual customer satisfaction survey and what scores they are! The survey, conducted among customers in Belgium and the Netherlands, shows that more than two thirds of our customers give us an 8 or higher for the collaboration in 2024. A clear confirmation that our approach works.
Since 2020, we have been conducting this survey every year to systematically gather feedback and to better tailor our services and solutions to the needs of our customers. And also this year, the figures and responses paint a clear picture: Anchr is seen as a reliable, expert, and committed software partner.
