At Anchr, we strive to provide customers with an exceptional experience, because satisfied customers are crucial in any organisation. We also believe that there is an inseparable link between the service we provide and the satisfaction of our customers.
This year, we received some conclusions and recommendations for the future from the customer satisfaction survey, which is conducted annually with our top 100 customers.
As part of our commitment to building a good relationship with our customers, we conduct a satisfaction survey among our clients every year. We assess satisfaction regarding the overall relationship with Anchr. This survey is set up in collaboration with an independent research agency, where our top 100 customers are interviewed using a quantitative research method, namely, an online questionnaire.
