What problems did you encounter before using Contractify and what were the consequences?
Before we switched to Contractify, we regularly had problems finding the right version of contracts. This made it difficult to use them and to check what agreements had been made with our employees or partners. It quickly became clear that we needed a solution to tackle these challenges.
What convinced you to choose Contractify?
We were particularly convinced by the simplicity of having everything found in one central place and the ability to easily share contracts, both internally and externally. For example, we often share contracts with lawyers who need to refer back to previous agreements. This often created problems, but with Contractify we have completely resolved this. Additionally, we appreciate that Contractify is a Belgian company; we prefer partners who are close to home with whom we can communicate in our own language.
What is the impact of Contractify on your company and working method?
Contractify has made my work significantly more efficient. I can now quickly find contracts, look up agreements, and check which contracts are about to expire. This saves me a lot of time, as I no longer have to sift through stacks of paper contracts. All versions and agreements are now bundled in one structured platform, which not only makes work easier but also saves our company a lot of money.
Which feature in Contractify do you find most valuable?
The search function is absolutely indispensable for me. Although we try to neatly organise all our contracts, having a search function that allows you to search by keywords, names, tags, or specific departments is extremely handy. This way, we can find the right contract in no time, even in a system with hundreds of contracts. I am a big fan of this feature in Contractify.
Are you satisfied with the use of Contractify?
I am very satisfied with Contractify. It has made my work much easier. The ability to preview contracts, the user-friendliness of the software, and the ease with which you can upload contracts, add or remove files ensures that we always have a perfect overview of the ongoing contracts, their value, and any issues. Contractify has really helped us to solve specific problems and increase our efficiency.
Which feature would you like to see in the future?
A feature I would like to see in Contractify is the ability to edit and share contracts while they are being adjusted. We often find that we need to discuss and edit contracts with partners, both within and outside the country, and with lawyers. It is not always easy to later trace why certain changes were made or to track both ongoing and negotiation contracts within one platform. This would be a significant added value for us.
