FacZo, a collaboration between Reinier Van Arkel and GGZ Oost Brabant, is a Dutch facility management organisation within healthcare. It identifies the needs of healthcare professionals and facilitates them so that they have the necessary resources to carry out their work on a daily basis.
Motivated to work more qualitatively and efficiently and to provide greater ordering convenience to healthcare professionals, FacZo partnered with Anchr to develop a solution with maximum automation and intuitive usability in the purchasing and invoicing process.
‘In the past, the ordering process involved many actions and a lot of paperwork was used,’ explains Michel Petrusma, Sales Director at Anchr. ‘Anchr digitised the process and implemented Qobee (previously known as Anchr Purchase to Pay). As a result, the process is simpler, more user-friendly, and (cost) efficient…’.
