Department of Culture, Youth and Media getting started with Adaptive Case Management

Within the Department of Culture, Youth and Media, approximately 400 employees make intensive use of the dossier tracking system from Anchr. In the realisation of this project, alongside Anchr and the CJM Department, the Data Warehouse team from HB-plus was also involved. A fruitful and forward-looking collaboration, as it turns out.
