AI is changing everything. We make it work.

AI is reshaping software. We’re making sure our companies help shape what comes next.
At Anchr, we help our software companies turn AI into tangible business impact.

That’s why we launched the Anchr AI Collective: an initiative designed to support, enable and encourage our companies to embed AI across their products, processes and teams. From strategy and assessment to execution, adoption and culture change.

Curious how we make it happen?

Why Anchr AI Collective?

Where AI moves from ambition to adoption

The Anchr AI Collective brings together CEOs, CTOs, AI champions and domain experts from across our ecosystem. It is a shared space where knowledge is exchanged, ideas are challenged and real use cases are turned into scalable practices. From early ideas to solutions that create measurable impact.

But it is more than a place for inspiration. The Anchr AI Collective is designed to support every Anchr company in building the right AI capabilities, making the right strategic choices and creating a culture where AI becomes part of daily work.

Our goal is to enable every company to move from experimenting with AI to embedding it in the way they build software, serve customers and run their business.

Our companies can expect:

  • inspiring webinars and events
  • practical use cases and best practices
  • AI maturity assessments and strategic roadmaps
  • support in turning AI ideas into execution
  • a growing network of AI champions across the group

In short: learning, experimenting and moving forward together.

How we support our companies

Through the Anchr AI Collective, our companies receive support across three key areas:

1 | AI maturity assessment

Each company gets a structured view on its current AI capabilities, adoption level and opportunities for improvement.

This helps teams understand where they are today, where AI can create the most relevant impact and which capabilities they need to build next.

2 | Strategic AI roadmap

Based on the assessment, companies define a prioritised and actionable AI roadmap.

This roadmap is aligned with their commercial reality, product strategy, technical setup and growth ambitions. It helps teams focus on the AI opportunities that matter most.

3 | Hands-on enablement

We support teams in setting up the right processes, guiding their people and moving from strategy to execution.

This includes development process mapping, technical setup of agentic workflows, change management and the activation of internal AI champions.

The focus is not on experimenting for the sake of it. It is about building AI-native ways of working that create real operating leverage and measurable business impact.

AI is not a side project

We believe AI is a fundamental shift in how software is built, used and scaled.

That's why we encourage our companies to look beyond individual tools or isolated experiments. AI requires new ways of thinking, working and building. It asks for leadership, focus, technical readiness and culture that is open to change.

Building AI impact across Anchr companies

External expertise, internal ownership

To accelerate the AI journey across our companies, Anchr is strengthening its AI Enablement Team with two experienced external advisors: Tim Goedeweeck and Bart Smeets.

Together, they bring strategic, technical and entrepreneurial expertise to help our companies move faster from AI ambition to execution.

The combination of external expertise, internal ownership and cross-company collaboration helps us move faster, learn smarter and scale what works.

Tim Goedeweeck

From strategy to roadmap

Tim has held senior strategic roles at Waterland and Bain and currently advises and builds companies on their AI transformation journeys.

He supports Anchr companies in translating AI opportunities into strategic priorities, practical roadmaps and business impact.
